BUGFIX: BondGraphUnitTest was not working.

Changes:

  • atoms are now carbon, not hydrogen
  • added covalent and van-der-Waals radii to element creation
  • FIX: carbon now has Z = 2.
  • added test case for NULL BondTable (i.e. from covalent radii)
