FileQtQuery retrieves valid suffixes from validators.
- added getFlatListFromHierarchyOfValidators() that steps through the hierarchy
of validators and generates a flat vector with all matching types.
- Or_Validatorm Not_Validator::getA(), ::getB() added. (present for And_...
already).
- FileSuffixValidator::getSuffix(), ParserFileValidator::getSuffixes() added.
